Construction Modeling
We produce highly detailed BIM model for construction proposes using a Design model or construction documents. Developing a "construction model" has many benefits and uses including; trade coordination, accurate estimating and procurement, constructability studies and so on.
Quantity Take-offs
Working with GMs, CMs, Estimating firms or owners we can take a design model or construction model and produce an accurate lists of material quantities. As oppose to manual takeoffs from blueprints that takes days and weeks creating takeoffs from a 3D BIM models is accurate, efficient and fast.
Construction logistics & Sequencing planning
Construction logistics plan: A plan that outlines a contraction site and clearly shows phases, laydown areas, material shipping routes, street and sidewalk closures and re-routes.
Construction sequencing plan: A separate or integrated with logistics, a sequencing plan shows phasing and how a building will be erected based on actual construction timeline.
